In addition to those survey results, we received an outpouring of stories from teachers who have had their retirement prospects devastated by the current, one-size-fits-all retirement system in Colorado. Due to this overwhelming response, PACE recently partnered with a diverse coalition to start a conversation about improving Colorado's retirement system for all teachers.
